Cancellation Policy

All bookings are final and non-refundable. If you are unable to make your scheduled time, you may reschedule your session via the confirmation email up to 48 hours before the start time. Cancellations or reschedule requests made with less than 48 hours' notice, as well as no-shows, will result in the forfeiture of the booking fee.
